Three questions that sound easy
"Tell me about yourself", "Why product management?" and "Why this company?" are often asked first, set the tone for the rest of the conversation, and are the questions candidates are most likely to wing. They are not five-beat stories, but the same principles apply: lead with the point, use specifics and cut padding. Prepare each as a 60-to-90-second answer you could give in your sleep, and adjust it for each company.
