Why do you want to work here, and why now?
How to approach it
Be specific about the product and the problem it solves, and connect it to something in your own experience. Generic praise of the company's culture scores nothing.
How a strong answer opens
“I use your product every week to plan my team's sprints, and what I admire is how quickly it gets out of the way. I'd like to work on what I think you face next, which is serving much larger teams.”
