Build a story bank

Turn your past work into six to eight true, reusable stories in one template that together cover twenty or more common prompts.

Prepare stories, not answers

Preparing an answer for every behavioral prompt is a losing game: there are hundreds of wordings, and memorized answers sound memorized. Instead, prepare six to eight real stories in depth, then point each one at whichever prompt arrives. Each good story can answer three or four prompts.
