How to use these answers
Each answer climbs the Design Ladder in full: Frame, Person, Pain, Options, Bet, Proof, then the walk down. Each one is written out as the candidate would say it, including the route they announce, two check-ins, the interviewer's pushback and the summary. The tables are what the candidate would sketch on a whiteboard or shared doc while talking.
Read only the prompt first, attempt it aloud, then read the answer and compare. The goal is not to memorize these answers. It is to hear the same shape working on very different prompts.
