Startups and scale-ups

Small companies rarely publish their interview process, and the process itself often changes from one hire to the next. That sounds harder to prepare for, but the patterns are consistent enough to plan around. The main difference from a large company is this: a large company asks "Can this person do the PM job as we define it?" A startup asks "Can this person make our product better, soon, with very little help?"
