- Engagement: suggestions accepted, kept or edited
- Quality: user ratings, edit distance, reported errors
- Outcome: time to finish documents
- Cost per use
- Guardrails: harmful or wrong output reports
Where this question usually goes wrong
Counting how often people click the feature without checking whether they keep the output or finish documents faster.
